The main objective of this program is to equip thegraduates with qualitative managerial and behavioralskills to emerge as competent managers & leaders.During their two year course period apart from theregular management foundation course the studentsare exposed to various practical training sessions like employability skills, ITskills, softskills, personality development and entrepreneurial skills.

  • A Combination of major and minor specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Operations Management and Information Systems in second year will provide an opportunity to master the skills in their core area of interest.

  • ESCI nurtures the ambitions of the students to excel in their area of interest without compromising on ethics and Values

Selection

Selection of the candidates is based on the performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by ESCI

Program (Specialization) Electives

Students are required to select any One Major Stream of Specialization along with One Minor from: Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Operations Management and Information Systems.

  • Under the Major Specialization category, the student will choose any Three (3) Elective Courses amounting to Nine (9) Credits.
  • Under the Minor Specialization category, the student will choose any Two (2) Elective Courses amounting to Six (6) Credits, from a stream other than the Major Specialization chosen.

Skill development courses prepare students with general and professional skills required for career growth and are Mandatory Courses.

Major Project (10 Credits)

The student will go for an internship of a minimum of 12-week duration in Semester IV and work on a topic given by industry, submitting a report on the same. Otherwise, the student will work in detail on a topic under the guidance of an Internal Supervisor and submit a report.

Students need to select one of the following Non-Credit Courses after the Second Semester as part of the Program, with Satisfactory / Non-Satisfactory grade not counted for CGPA.
