The main objective of this program is to equip thegraduates with qualitative managerial and behavioralskills to emerge as competent managers & leaders.During their two year course period apart from theregular management foundation course the studentsare exposed to various practical training sessions like employability skills, ITskills, softskills, personality development and entrepreneurial skills.

  • A Combination of major and minor specializations in Finance, HRM, Marketing,Business Analytics and Operation Management in second year will provide an opportunity to master the skills in their core area of interest.

  • ESCI nurtures the ambitions of the students to excel in their area of interest without compromising on ethics and Values

Selection of the candidates is based on the performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by ESCI
